Barcelona airport taxi service
When you walk through the arrivals and out to the taxi rank you’ll usually see there is no shortage of taxis. The taxi rank is right outside the terminal buildings so easy to get to.
The good news is that if you do take a taxi they aren’t too expensive. A journey from the airport will take approximately 20 minutes, depending on where you are staying, and shouldn’t cost more than €20-€25, depending on the amount of baggage you are carrying – baggage is charged per item and there will be an airport surcharge in addition to the metered fare.
All taxis in Barcelona are painted a distinctive black and yellow and prices are published inside. However, at peak times and in bad weather you often find a long queue and few taxis – and there is nothing worse when you want to get to your hotel and relax.
